Those of you who follow my work will know I work with a number of professional golfers, and that I’m a strength and conditioning consultant for the PGA European Tour Performance Institute, which means I work with European Tour, Challenge Tour and Senior Tour players to name a few, including youth golfers in Essex, alps tour and europro players.
