recommended I contact you. I am 60 years old, female, a motorcycle instructor. I have had 2 ops on my stomach in last 2 years, most recent 30.03.21
I would like to work on improving my muscle strength, not bulking up but to keep me fit & strong for the future. I have been working out by swimming, walking and pilates to regain some fitness but believe as I get older to tone and keep muscles strong is important.
I’d be interested in what could you offer me please.
