Junior Rugby Strength & Conditioning Starting 15th of May

Building on our hugely popular Youth Golf Strength & Conditioning Program we are now proud to offer a program for youth rugby. Build a foundation, learn to lift, master bodyweight and prevent injury.

Sessions will take place at 7pm – 8pm each week for 10 weeks. Due to the format of the course, we are unable to accept late registrations. With that in mind, we ask that you book no later than the 12th of May. We invite any attendees, parents or coaches to an Introduction Presentation on the 13th May at 12:30. The presentation will take place at Powering Through Performance Center, Unit 8 Eckersley Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SL
