Glenn Pendlay has a solution, apparently this originated via Donnie Thompson. Ive used this on my self and with clients and all I can say is it works. I used physio bands which pretty much did the same job. There is some evidence suggesting occlusion can help tendonitis at least temporarily. Since I started olympic lifting more my pattellar tendon at the top of my tibia has been giving me issues, especially when squatting. This how ever completely cleared the problem. I wrapped a band above and below the knee and squatted gently for around a minute.
