For those of you who live in Essex in the UK.If you have ever thought of wanting to do MMA, but are put off by the fact a class is full of more experienced people, then I have good news for you! Because BKK Fighters will be running a Total Beginners MMA.
The course will cover all the basic essentials of MMA and will aim to give you a good base to go on and participate in the regular MMA classes.
