🔸Breathing Through🔸Something I applied immediately from the weekends Reflexive Performance Reset clinic was breathing through my squat. @coach_jl mentioned this and I recalled @cal.dietz in a video saying the same but instantly discarded it then as being too much of an ask. I’m not smarter than the system & I applied during today’s iso squat holds. Well! The targeted musculature kicked in HARD, rather than focusing on bracing and holding I took nasal breaths during the 10s hold. The thinking is that hard core brace acts as a dampener on muscular recruitment. I’m trying to survive the hold not benefit from it. Much to explore here. Razor Performance #PWRTHR
